Security and Safety Film Series

Smart Safety and Security Series films are made by high performance coating (Optical IR Japan Technology) with UVR hardening agent on high clear Pet film. They have high penetration rate of visible rays and good IR cut–off rate and anti–UV ray fuction. It is specially designed for automotive application in countries where there are strict visible light transmission regulations. It will also keep out unwanted high intensity heat waves produced by the sun. The most vulnerable part of a building or automotive is it’s window glass and this vulnerability has contributed to personal injury and property damage associated with natural disasters and freak accidents. Glass fragments will fly like deadly missiles in the even of such situations.

Smart Safety and Security Series has been designed to greatly reduced these hazards. The tenacity of the films provides protection against injuries,improving the shattered resistance of glass and holding fragmented glass filmly in place. 

The sharp absorption characteristic over a wide wave length range ranging from near infrared (wave length of 780nm to 2500nm) to far infrared (wave length longer than 2500nm) region, a heat shielding film excellent in heat shielding, transparency, and durability has been successfully developed by coating solution containing the metal oxide ultra–fine powder as a filler on PET film.
